Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives. -
Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages.
Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports to track key metrics and optimize strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital communication.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
