Are you confident communicating with international clients and building real business connections through social media?
At Avlanche, we’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can do more than just post content — someone who can actively network, generate leads, and manage social platforms independently.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Identify and connect with potential international clients via LinkedIn and other platforms
Send personalized, non-spammy outreach messages and manage outbound campaigns
Build, nurture, and follow up with leads to convert conversations into opportunities
Handle initial client communication professionally (written and verbal English required)
Support lead generation and contribute directly to revenue growth
Manage LinkedIn profiles and company pages to improve visibility and credibility
Fully handle social media operations independently:
Create posts using tools like Canva
Plan and schedule content
Publish and manage posts across platforms
Collaborate with the internal team to align outreach with services and campaigns
Track outreach performance (responses, conversions, pipeline progress)
Stay updated on global trends, audience behavior, and outreach strategies
Maintain organized pipelines and consistent follow-ups
🔍 What We’re Looking For
Strong confidence communicating with international clients (English is non-negotiable)
Interest in sales, lead generation, and relationship building
Solid understanding of LinkedIn for business development
Ability to write personalized outreach (no copy-paste spam)
Basic content creation skills (Canva or similar tools)
Ability to manage social media platforms independently without supervision
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Self-driven mindset with accountability for targets
An organized approach to managing conversations and leads
Willingness to learn and improve outreach + sales strategies
Team player with a proactive attitude
